How do I start?

Step 2

Meet with the Attorney

This is an appointment scheduled to have the contract read and explained to you by an attorney. Once you agree to the terms, you will be required to sign your contract. Downpayments are accepted after client has viewed footage of the land. We accept direct deposits to our network's registered bank account or online bank transfer.

Step 3

Become a Land Owner

Your contract gives you permission to develop your plot of land. For those interested in building, this is possible with stable monthly payments. It is imperative to read and abide by the group standards and community policies. Keep plots   clean from free of debris and garbage.
