Sign Contracts

This is an appointment scheduled to have the contract read and explained to you. Once you agree to the terms, you will be required to sign your contract. Downpayments are accepted after site visits, via direct deposit or bank transfer.

Step 3

Become a Land Owner

Your contract gives you permission to develop your plot of land. For those interested in building, this is possible with stable monthly payments. It is imperative to read and abide by the group standards and community policies.
